What is UASys' refund and returns policy?

Does UASys offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery through a reliable shipping service at UASys.

 

How is shipping affected by COVID-19?

Delivery times may be impacted due to COVID-19 related issues. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

What are the shipping charges at UASys?

We take pride in providing cost-effective and convenient shipping. We offer complimentary shipping on packages weighing up to 30 kgs.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays, provided the item is in stock.

Can I modify my order after it has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, modifications cannot be made to an order once it has been dispatched.

 

What happens if my item is returned to UASys by the shipping service?

In the unlikely event of non-delivery and the item is returned to us, an additional delivery fee for re-dispatch will be charged.

How does the refund process work at UASys?

If you need to return an item, we will cover the postage cost and offer a refund or exchange. Please note that “change of mind” returns or incorrect orders are not accepted under Australian Consumer Law.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

If the item you received is damaged or faulty, we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis and assist you in resolving the issue.

Are shipping, payment, and handling charges refundable?

No, shipping, payment, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Are there any fees associated with returns?

Yes, a restocking fee of not less than 20% applies to activated and/or used products.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within a certain number of days. Please allow for processing time and the credit to be applied to your original payment method.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

No, sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Does UASys offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at shop@uasys.com.au to initiate an exchange request.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@uasys.com.au to discuss the matter and obtain authorization. Ensure that the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
