Refund and Returns Policy

At UASys,

“We are committed to providing exceptional products and customer service to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns and refunds are necessary. We want to ensure that you are fully informed of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, so please take the time to read our policy carefully.”

Shipping

At UASys, we are pleased to offer nationwide delivery through a reliable shipping service. We would like to advise our valued customers that delivery times may be impacted due to COVID-19 related issues.

We take pride in providing a cost-effective and convenient shipping solution, which includes complimentary shipping on packages weighing up to 30 kgs as a part of our exceptional service. All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays, provided that the item is in stock. In the rare event of any issues, we will promptly inform you. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that we are unable to make any modifications to an order once it has been dispatched.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us by the shipping service due to non-delivery, we will levy an additional delivery fee for re-dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our shipping policy. Should you have any inquiries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds

At UASys, we are committed to ensuring that our valued customers receive their products in impeccable condition. While we strive to prevent any issues, we understand that they may occur. We are here to assist and collaborate with you to resolve any concerns you may have.

Should you need to return any item(s) to us, we will be pleased to cover the postage cost and offer you a refund or exchange. Kindly note that pursuant to Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or if you have ordered incorrectly. However, if the item(s) in question is damaged or faulty, we will handle the matter on a case-by-case basis.

At Uasys, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and support. Our team is always eager to work with you to find the optimal solution to any issues you may encounter Please be advised that shipping, payment, and handling charges are non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of not less than 20% will apply to products that have been activated and/or used.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

At UASys, we are committed to providing our valued customers with top-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where returns or exchanges are required. Please note that we only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to shop@uasys.com.au to raise your request and obtain authorisation from our team. We kindly ask that you provide a detailed description of the issue and attach any relevant images that may assist us in promptly assessing the matter.

Returns

At UASys, if you need to initiate a return of item(s) within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at shop@uasys.com.au to discuss the matter and obtain an authorisation for the return. To facilitate the return process, we kindly request that the item(s) be returned in their original condition, complete with all original packaging and tags attached, and packed securely to prevent any potential damage during shipping.

Please note that if the returned item(s) are found to be in a non-original condition, incomplete or have missing parts, we reserve the right to reject the return request. Once the returned item(s) are received, inspected, and approved by our team, we will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
